יהוה Israel of Yah Trust

The posture

יהוה

The posture of the Trust

An ecclesiastical estate.

Set apart from the venues of public commerce. Held in the lawful jurisdiction of Yahweh and His exclusive Equity. Stewarded for the members alone.

✦ ✦ ✦

The Israel of Yah Trust is an ecclesiastical private trust. It is not a church incorporated under any state, not a 501(c) any-thing, not a venue of public commerce. It exists in the lawful jurisdiction of Yahweh and His exclusive Equity, and serves its members as a private fellowship of covenantal counsel and pastoral care.

Two postures, plainly stated

What we are. What we are not.

What we are

A covenant fellowship

  • A private membership association, governed by covenant.
  • A ministry first — proclaiming universal reconciliation through Yeshua.
  • A community of called souls walking out of the world’s economy into the rhythms of simplicity, generosity, and stewardship.

What we are not

Not a marketplace

  • Not a tax preparation firm, a law firm, or a financial advisor.
  • Not a church, a 501(c)(3), or any commercial entity.
  • Not a provider of legal advice, nor a marketplace of services.

Members remain solely responsible for the application of any guidance received within these walls. We provide the maps, the witnesses, the prayer, and the fellowship; the walking is yours, with Yahweh.

The journey within the covenant

Two stages, one Exodus.

Stage 1

The Coming Out

A walk with a steward through the patterns the world has trained into your household — debt, anxious provision, materialism. Together you learn to walk by Yahweh’s lawful weights and true scales rather than the world’s, in prayer, simplicity, and stewardship at the pace He sets.

Stage 2

The Crossing Over

For those Yahweh draws further. A gate He has kept open for His covenant people in every generation — through which the called pass quietly, household by household, with a steward. The particulars are not advertised; they are covenant matters, opened in due season.

Stage 2 may be entered at the start, or walked into in due season. The covenant covering attends both.

The seat of trust

Grantor, Trustee, Beneficiary.

A trust requires three offices: the One who establishes it, the One who administers it, and the one for whose care it exists. In this Trust those offices are filled, by name, in this order:

The Grantor

Yahweh the Father

Establisher of every covenant. Source of the inheritance set apart for His remnant. The Trust holds nothing of its own — only what He has given by His hand, in His time, for His purposes.

“The earth is Yahweh’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.” — Psalm 24:1

The Head Trustee

Yeshua the Messiah

Mediator of the covenant. He is the Door (John 10:9), the One through whom each member crosses from bondage into liberty. Every act of the Trust is done in His name and under His authority. He alone holds the keys.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6

The Primary Beneficiary

Anonymous, by his own request

A single soul, who has asked that no name be advertised, that no glory may attach to the vessel. The Trust’s work is done on behalf of the called remnant; the one for whose tender care it was first instituted prefers the hidden place.

“Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:1

Beneath these three offices the stewards serve. Their names are not advertised either; each member is introduced to the steward Yahweh assigns when the time has come.

“The earth is Yahweh’s, and the fullness thereof.” Psalm 24:1
